The exact work we do for each couple is unique to their wedding plans, their family, and the vendor team they've chosen. With every wedding, we work diligently to keep track of details, delegate tasks, and manage the day so that friends, family and you can enjoy.

Event Coordination

If you are excited to plan your wedding on your own but are looking for some assistance the final few months leading up to your wedding, along with someone to run things the day of, event coordination will be a great fit for you!


Three months before your wedding, your coordinator will begin organizing the final details, timeline, layout, and set up plans, delegating tasks, and communicating with everyone involved in your wedding.


On your wedding day, your coordination team is the first to arrive and the last to leave, managing all the moving parts of your wedding day so you don't miss a moment.


Event Design + Coordination

If you are excited to be involved in planning your wedding but need help keeping the details organized, creating a cohesive theme, or booking vendors, then event design + coordination will be great for you.

Your coordinator will create a design blueprint, which will include color schemes and decor inspiration. Then they will build your creative vendor team.


Your coordination team will keep details organized, simplify decision-making, and keep your event on track. This package includes Day-of Coordination.

Full Planning

You are starting from the beginning and would like a coordinator to help you define a vision, build a vendor team, and turn your Pinterest inspiration into a Real Wedding, then you should consider Wedding Planning.


Your coordination team will narrow down your pins into a cohesive theme, narrow down your budget to meet your vision, organize your vendor team, and provide clear details along the way. We guide you to find decor and details which make your wedding feel truly yours.


We listen to what you want and make it happen. And of course, your coordinators will be the first to arrive and the last to leave on your wedding day to make sure everything is managed well so you can enjoy it all.

What does "Day of Coordination" even mean?

All of our packages include day of coordination because you mostly hired us to run things on your wedding day, duh. But we do a lot more than just "run things". Here's what you can expect from Prudence and Sage on your big day.

  • Lead coordinator and assistant will be on-site for the entire venue rental time

  • Assist with and direct setup and cleanup

  • Communicate with vendors to ensure they are on time and prepared

  • Fully licensed and prepared to take over the role of any underperforming or no-show vendor (including officiant and bartender)

  • Ensure timeline runs smoothly

  • Ensures venue rules are being followed

  • Find quick solutions to any incidents without interrupting your wedding day

  • Orchestrate ceremony processional and recessional

  • Run ceremony rehearsal

  • Ensure all items are accounted for and returned to the proper owner or rental company
